What areas do you cover?
We work across London, Kent and all surrounding areas. We support commercial buildings, residential blocks, managed estates and domestic properties. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch and we will confirm.
What types of properties do you work on?
We work with a wide range of sites including offices, residential blocks, schools, healthcare buildings, retail units, hospitality venues and private homes. We tailor our approach to suit the building, access requirements and how the site is used.
Do you offer both commercial and domestic window cleaning?
Yes. We provide professional window cleaning for commercial and residential properties. Commercial work includes offices, blocks and managed sites, while domestic services are focused on houses, flats and residential buildings.
What window cleaning methods do you use?
We use a range of methods depending on the building and access required. This includes water-fed pole systems, traditional window cleaning, rope access and abseiling, cradle systems and MEWP access. The safest and most effective method is always selected following a site assessment.
How high can you clean windows?
We can clean from ground level through to high and complex buildings using specialist access methods such as rope access, cradles and MEWPs. Each site is assessed individually to determine the safest approach.
Is your team trained and insured?
Yes. All work is carried out by trained and supervised team. We are fully insured. Risk assessments and method statements are provided where required, particularly for commercial and managed sites.
Can cleaning be carried out during business hours?
Yes. We can work during business hours, early mornings or out of hours depending on your preference. Our teams are trained to work discreetly and safely in occupied environments.
What other services do you offer alongside window cleaning?
In addition to window cleaning, we provide gutter and fascia cleaning, exterior building washdowns, pressure washing, graffiti removal, internal glass and partition cleaning, builders cleans and block and estate cleaning.
Do you use purified water for window cleaning?
Yes. We use purified water systems for water fed pole cleaning. Purified water removes minerals and impurities, allowing windows to dry clear without residue. It also reduces the need for detergents and chemicals, making it an effective and environmentally responsible method for both commercial and residential properties.
Is your window cleaning environmentally responsible?
Yes. Many of our clients operate within ESG and sustainability frameworks. Our use of purified water systems, reduced chemical cleaning, efficient working practices and safe site management helps support environmental and operational responsibility across commercial sites.
